The Role
As a key player in our strategic and operational initiatives, you will navigate between Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Finance to address the most pressing issues at any given time. You will assist in planning cycles, refine our Go-To-Market strategy, and diagnose friction points across the organization. When a solution is required, you will help frame the issue and see it through to resolution.
Leadership will rely on you for tackling complex, ambiguous, or high-stakes challenges as we scale compliance into a $50 billion global market.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Strategy & Planning: Partner with leadership to establish OKRs, manage business planning cycles, and refine our strategic and Go-To-Market approach.
- Act as an Internal Consultant: Immerse yourself in various business functions (Sales, Customer Success, Product, Finance) to resolve their most critical challenges swiftly.
- Define the Operating Framework: Create playbooks, processes, and asymmetrical strategies that will enable us to scale tenfold.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Own the truth of our business by delving into data to address key strategic questions, such as optimizing pricing and identifying leakage in our sales funnel.
- Develop Solutions: When you encounter challenges related to technology, you will have the opportunity to outline a solution and collaborate with our tech team to bring it to fruition.
