As an IT Engineer in our Taiwan office, you will play a crucial role in ensuring optimal performance across our high-efficiency engineering and operations environment. You will be the go-to expert who facilitates seamless operations, allowing teams to innovate without hindrance. Your responsibilities will encompass enhancing productivity in the Taiwan office, equipping engineers with the necessary tools and infrastructure for maximum efficiency, and promoting a culture of operational excellence. From facilitating advanced chip development processes and conducting lab tests on our latest technology to collaborating with our manufacturing partners and optimizing daily IT operations, you will be instrumental in advancing our mission to drive transformative AI innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Comprehensive IT Support:
Deliver hands-on IT services and support for the Taiwan office, including ASIC design, software engineering, business operations, and scale-out computing teams.
Collaborate with local manufacturing partners to ensure smooth integration and workflow, proactively addressing operational challenges before they affect production.
Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes to guarantee seamless access aligned with engineering and leadership workflows.
Maintain comprehensive documentation of IT assets, systems, access protocols, and ticketing workflows.
Support the management and operation of IT infrastructure across all locations as needed.
Device and Endpoint Management:
Administer on-site and remote laptops, desktops, and networking equipment with a focus on usability, security, and remote manageability.
