Bonus points if you enjoy snacks!Responsibilities:- Efficiently pick and pack items for customer dispatch.- Receive and unpack product pallets from vendors, ensuring inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies.- Oversee inventory management and re-shelving of canceled orders.- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and facility.- Adhere to FIFO practices to manage waste and spoilage.- Communicate with customers regarding substituted or out-of-stock items.- Safely handle, scan, and move products in an organized manner.- Engage in physical activities such as standing, bending, and walking throughout shifts.- Utilize carts, pallet jacks, and dollies for product movement.- Handle products that may contain tobacco, nicotine, and/or alcohol.- Work in freezer locations as needed during shifts.- Ascend and descend several flights of steps throughout the day.- Prepare quality beverages and food items while adhering to recipe and presentation standards.Qualifications:- High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.- Experience in a restaurant or retail environment is preferred but not required.- Flexibility to work during peak shifts (1st, 2nd, 3rd shifts).- Proficiency in basic web-based software applications (e.g., Google G-Suite).- Ability to stand and walk for the entirety of an assigned shift.- Capability to lift items weighing up to 49 pounds.- Open to working flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

About the Team and Position The Recruiter on our Operations Talent team is tasked with delivering exceptional recruitment services to ensure our operations departments meet all staffing needs while providing candidates and prospective employees with the best hiring experience possible. As a Recruiter for one or more of our Operations teams (Customer Care, Logistics, Inspection/Reconditioning Centers, Market Operations, ADESA Auctions), you will manage the complete, full-cycle recruitment process for various sites across the nation, with a focus on filling skilled-level positions. Building strong business relationships with your stakeholders and understanding their hiring requirements will be crucial.
