This role is crucial for maintaining data integrity, security, and compliance with the company's structure. Key Responsibilities Offer functional support to team members, leaders, and People Operations partners for Carvana’s people systems, including Workday (HCM), Greenhouse (Applicant/Candidate tracking), Tenstreet (Applicant/Candidate tracking), and Workday Peakon (Engagement). Administer and maintain Workday and other people systems daily. Identify and resolve data discrepancies, conducting regular audits to uphold data integrity, consistency, and accuracy. Oversee people systems administration, including troubleshooting, account creation, and issue resolution. Address and resolve requests submitted via the People Systems ticketing system (questions/inquiries, navigation and usage education, and error troubleshooting and resolution).
