This position focuses on delivering value to our clients through effective transaction and sourcing processes, while ensuring they have insights into their service expenditures.Key Responsibilities:Provide operational support throughout the procurement process, enhancing visibility and insight into service spending for our clients.Evaluate incoming requests to determine the most suitable engagement approach.Support clients in establishing or extending Statements of Work (SOW) and assigning relevant resources.Communicate with suppliers to collect necessary information, including pricing, delivery timelines, and essential project terms.Oversee primary customer support functions, including quality reviews of service providers and tracking milestones using the VMS tool or other relevant technologies.Build and sustain relationships with clients and within AGS to foster collaboration.Manage client expectations through timely responses and proactive communication.Identify potential risks and collaborate with management to mitigate them.Assist in gathering data regarding supplier performance.Structure and distribute Requests for Information (RFIs) to collect supplier qualification data.Maintain a focus on meeting and exceeding client expectations and service level agreements (SLAs).Address client inquiries and escalate issues as necessary.Update and maintain monthly activity and performance reports, including program audits, SOW/project activity, and invoice reports.Engage in consistent and professional communication via email and phone with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align business objectives with desired outcomes for technological improvements.Ensure that all projects are formally closed in the system upon notification of engagement completion and that security is informed of any assignment terminations, where applicable.
