Utilizing your extensive experience, you will independently assess field conditions, interpret test results, and offer informed recommendations to guarantee the quality, safety, and compliance of materials and construction elements.This position is crucial for the successful execution of projects, as you will coordinate staffing, maintain operational efficiency, support project managers, and cultivate strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.Primary Responsibilities:Guide, mentor, and support staff on the technical dimensions of construction materials testing projects, ensuring seamless coordination across all involved disciplines.Plan, implement, and oversee QA/QC processes for construction assignments, ensuring project deliverables meet Olsson’s standards for accuracy, completeness, and technical excellence.Lead initiatives to identify, organize, and allocate technical resources necessary to address the group’s workload and project demands.
