How You’ll Make an Impact
- Partner with customers and the internal account team to identify both short- and long-term priorities, developing a strategic engagement plan.
- Serve as the primary technical advisor for client teams, providing expert guidance and hands-on support across multiple areas, including:
- Architecture and deployment of the Dataiku platform
- Platform operations and upgrades
- Best practices for platform utilization
- Security, data management, and computational resources
- ML-Ops, monitoring, and scaling strategies
- Assist clients in integrating the product into their systems and resolving any technical challenges.
