Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor analysts working on post-sales customer touchpoints.

Team and reporting
This position is part of the broader Strategy & Analytics department, which connects data insights to all areas of Jobber’s operations. The Customer Analytics Manager reports to the Senior Manager, Customer Analytics.
