As a member of our SecOps team, you will be at the forefront of identifying, investigating, and mitigating real-time security threats, transforming signals into proactive measures and incidents into sustainable improvements.Your ResponsibilitiesOversee, analyze, and respond to high-severity security alerts across our cloud infrastructure, identity management, SaaS applications, endpoints, and production systems.Differentiate between legitimate threats and false alarms while assessing their severity and potential impact.Implement containment strategies and coordinate incident response efforts across various teams.Serve as Incident Commander or deputy during critical security incidents.Develop and maintain comprehensive investigation runbooks and response protocols.Collaborate cross-functionally with Risk, AppSec, Engineering, Product, and business teams to ensure security findings lead to actionable improvements.Contribute to SOAR automation and enhance alert enrichment processes.Create high-quality documentation of incidents and facilitate post-incident remediation efforts.Design and implement sophisticated threat detection mechanisms utilizing SIEM/XDR telemetry.Conduct proactive threat hunting to identify stealthy adversaries.Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements by partnering with Compliance, Security, and Risk teams to enforce necessary controls and policies.Who You AreA seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in security operations, incident response, or related cybersecurity roles.Possess strong expertise in cloud and identity security, preferably with AWS.A decisive thinker capable of making structured, high-impact decisions during active incidents.In-depth knowledge of prevalent attack techniques and adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) such as MITRE ATT&CK.
