We are seeking passionate and skilled culinary professionals for the positions of Senior Sous Chef and Junior Sous Chef at Liberty Grand. You will play a vital role in upholding the culinary standards and excellence of our kitchen while working closely with the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef. Your leadership will be essential in ensuring a cohesive and efficient kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee kitchen operations and ensure that all staff are performing effectively and efficiently while fostering a positive team environment.
- Maintain high culinary standards set by the Executive Chef in food preparation and presentation.
- Supervise staff in the creation of dishes for tastings, catering, and banquet services.
- Monitor portion control to uphold consistency and minimize food waste while adhering to budgeted food costs.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of kitchen work areas and that all equipment is safe and functional.
- Communicate maintenance needs for kitchen equipment to supervisors to prevent accidents and maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain professional relationships with other departments, such as stewarding and catering, to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and conduct proper training for all staff.
- Create new food production requirements relevant to your assigned department.
- Manage daily product ordering to support department needs.
- Encourage collaboration between kitchen departments and other areas of Liberty Grand.
- Assume leadership of kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef and Executive Sous Chef.
