In this role, you'll spearhead our growth within the Retail sector, driving revenue by identifying, targeting, and securing high-value new clients in our retail network division. This position requires a proactive, results-driven professional with a proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets in a direct sales environment. As a trusted advisor, you'll deeply understand the complex business needs of potential clients and deliver customized solutions that resonate effectively.
Your Responsibilities:
Identify high-potential retail prospects and demonstrate how Lightspeed enhances operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Develop and implement sales strategies to secure key retail accounts leveraging Lightspeed’s POS, online ordering, and inventory management tools.
Conduct engaging product demonstrations showcasing how Lightspeed streamlines processes and improves customer experiences.
Navigate complex deals from initial contact through negotiation to closure, highlighting Lightspeed’s integrated payments and operational efficiencies.
Surpass quarterly and annual sales goals, promoting the adoption of Lightspeed’s transformative retail technology.
Build trusting relationships with owners, managers, and decision-makers, aligning Lightspeed solutions with their unique requirements.
Comprehend business objectives and challenges, utilizing Lightspeed’s analytics and reporting to ensure seamless onboarding and sustained success.
Additional Contributions:
Participate in other sales and marketing initiatives aimed at enhancing customer experiences and driving Lightspeed’s monthly recurring revenue.
Maintain precise records of sales activities and prospect interactions within our CRM system.
Collaborate with the broader team to achieve organizational goals, even if it involves tasks outside your immediate responsibilities.
