Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de HR- en payrollprocessen in AFAS, geeft functionele begeleiding aan een HR-student en bent de sparringpartner voor de HR-manager. Geen eindeloze goedkeuringstrajecten of starre systemen, maar de vrijheid om te bouwen, te verbeteren en jouw ideeën direct in de praktijk te brengen.Kortom: dit is de ideale rol voor iemand die zich wil ontwikkelen in een organisatie waar eigenaarschap en persoonlijke groei centraal staan.Specifieke verantwoordelijkheden:Volledig beheer van salarisadministratie: Zorg voor een foutloze verwerking van salarismutaties, pensioen, verzekeringen en alle payroll-processen in AFAS.In-, door- en uitstroomprocessen: Beheer alle administratieve processen met betrekking tot het personeelsbestand, inclusief het bijhouden van personeelsdossiers in AFAS.Verzuim- en verlofadministratie: Beheer verzuimregistratie, opvolging van ziek- en herstelmeldingen, en verlofadministratie.Rapportages en documentatie: Lever managementinformatie en HR-rapportages (verzuim, contracten, jubilea) en beheer HR-formulieren en checklists.Ondersteuning: Assisteer bij wervingsprocessen, onboarding en opleidingenadministratie.Wat bieden wij?Salaris tussen de €2850,- en €4000,- op basis van 40 uur.Een werkweek van 24 tot 28 uur.Volledig eigenaarschap over HR- en payrollprocessen in AFAS.De mogelijkheid om mee te bouwen aan een nog in ontwikkeling zijnde HR-afdeling.Opleidingsbudget en trainingen om je verder te specialiseren.
