Role overview As an HR Advisor, you will collaborate with OOMT and other partners to assist entrepreneurs in the mobility sector with their HR challenges. Conversations with business owners form the core of your day, where you identify their needs and translate these into actionable advice. You will implement HR tools and work closely with OOMT coaches, as well as coordinate with Innovam and BOVAG to strengthen support for clients. What you will do Start your day from home, reviewing emails and preparing for meetings. Visit two to three entrepreneurs daily to listen, assess their HR situations, and offer tailored advice. Refine your analysis after meetings and guide clients through next steps. Work independently, managing your schedule and making a direct impact on organizational development. This position covers a nationwide area, with your specific region determined by your place of residence. The Special Accounts team You will join a team of about 20 professionals, including HR specialists, consultants, and project leaders. The group is dedicated to supporting development and sustainable employability in the automotive sector. Most work takes place from home or on the road, with monthly meetings in Houten at OOMT, occasional workdays in Nieuwegein, and opportunities to lead evening workshops or join team development activities.
