Implementation at Brex
The Implementation team is pivotal in transforming new customers into power users of Brex Empower. We lead the onboarding process, guiding companies as they transition from antiquated systems to a modern, employee-centric approach. This multifaceted role requires a blend of customer empathy, project management, technical knowledge, process design, and change management. We take personal responsibility for the long-term success of our clients, ensuring they are fully equipped to thrive with Brex.
Your Role
As an Enterprise Implementation Consultant, you will act as a strategic advisor to our largest clients, facilitating a seamless launch of the Brex platform. You will wear many hats as a coach, project manager, and product expert, with the primary objectives of driving product adoption, delivering continuous business value, and assisting clients in transforming their financial workflows.
Work Environment
This position is based in our Vancouver office, where we promote a hybrid work model that balances the benefits of in-office collaboration with the flexibility of remote work. Currently, we require in-office attendance two days a week (Wednesday and Thursday), with a future increase to three days a week starting February 2, 2026 (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Additionally, we offer up to four weeks of fully remote work annually.
