Your Role
As the Operations Supervisor, you will lead a dedicated team responsible for facilitating commercial deliveries using our fleet of autonomous robots. Reporting directly to the Director of Operations, your primary goal will be to inspire your team and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners through clear communication, training, coaching, performance monitoring, and recognition. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of operational processes to ensure your team executes their responsibilities effectively and adheres to standardized methods, driving continuous process improvements for operational scalability.
Additionally, you will bridge the gap between engineering and operations, contributing to development tests and providing valuable feedback to enhance our products and services. Your multifaceted contributions will be pivotal to the organization’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, mentor, and develop team members within your business unit to ensure efficient, customer-focused communications with internal and external stakeholders.
Oversee daily operations, including management of field agents, robots, and remote operators.
Conduct regular one-on-ones and provide ongoing coaching and support to team members to maintain service continuity and quality.
