What you’ll do
As a Senior Technical Sourcer, you will become a strategic partner in talent acquisition, focusing on identifying, engaging, and cultivating a pipeline of elite technical professionals. Collaborating closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and technical leaders, you will gain a deep understanding of role requirements and develop proactive sourcing strategies to meet immediate hiring needs and support long-term growth.
Utilizing advanced sourcing techniques, data analysis, and market insights, you will discover exceptional talent across various technical domains, including engineering, data science, product management, AI, and other emerging fields. This position requires creativity, persistence, and strong business acumen to effectively engage passive candidates and position Brex as an employer of choice. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our diversity sourcing strategies and continually refining our sourcing processes and tools.
Where you’ll work
This position is based in our Vancouver office, operating in a hybrid environment that fosters collaboration while offering the flexibility of remote work. We require at least three coordinated days in the office each week (Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Enjoy the added benefit of up to four weeks of fully remote work annually!
