Position Overview
In the role of Vice President, Co-Investment Advisory, you will spearhead a talented team dedicated to delivering financial advisory services to limited and general partners looking to invest in co-investment opportunities, which encompass infrastructure, debt, and various private-market assets.
Your responsibilities will include sourcing, nurturing, and managing relationships with limited and general partners throughout Canada, the United States, and globally.
You will significantly impact the growth and strategic direction of this business unit, identifying opportunities for expansion into new geographies, sectors, and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establishing, developing, and managing relationships with limited and general partners involved in infrastructure and co-investments.
- Identifying, originating, and presenting co-investment advisory opportunities to limited partners, general partners, and family offices.
- Promoting co-investment opportunities sourced by team members to limited partner and family office connections.
- Preparing and delivering investment proposals to client investment committees.
- Defining the strategic vision and executing the strategic plan for the co-investment business unit.
- Overseeing the due diligence processes conducted by the team.
