Role Overview: Home Health Nurse (RN or LPN) – Velarde, NM
We are hiring a Nurse (RN or LPN) to join our Velarde, NM team. This is a 1099 contract role providing care in the patient’s home. Nurses follow physician-directed care plans and have the opportunity to form meaningful, long-term connections with patients, as benefits remain in effect indefinitely after enrollment.
Patient Details and Schedule
- Low acuity patient
- Requires four hours of care per month
- Standby assistance needed
- Flexible schedule: visits in the early to mid-afternoon, based on patient preference
What You Will Do
- Deliver patient care according to the physician’s established plan
- Build and maintain supportive relationships with patients
- Collaborate with CNAs, HHAs, Case Managers, and physicians to ensure high standards of care
- Advocate for patient needs throughout their care journey
Requirements
- Active RN or LPN license
- Ability to work as a 1099 contractor
- Successful completion of a background check (offer contingent on this step)
