This is an on-site role tailored for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited to contribute to the foundation and growth of our HR function.The ideal candidate will possess a blend of startup agility and corporate professionalism, confidently managing HR execution while developing the essential policies, processes, and structures that support our expanding organization.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Employee LifecycleOversee the complete employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring meticulous HR administration.Act as a daily HR advisor for employees and management, offering insights on policies, benefits, and best practices.Ensure accurate employee data management and workflow efficiency within our Rippling HRIS, maintaining compliance and data integrity.Collaborate with internal and external partners to manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee transitions.Policy, Process & Foundation DevelopmentDesign, document, and implement scalable HR policies, procedures, and playbooks that evolve with our business needs.Establish consistent, compliant HR processes while allowing for the flexibility required in a startup atmosphere.Contribute to the development of performance management systems, employee documentation, and internal HR workflows.Regularly assess and enhance HR processes to promote organizational growth and operational excellence.Employee Relations & ComplianceServe as a trusted point of contact for employee relations, addressing concerns with discretion, empathy, and sound judgment.Assist with performance feedback, corrective actions, and necessary documentation.Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across a multi-state workforce.Support audits, investigations, and internal reviews as needed.
