You will also assist in facilitating final walkthroughs and contribute to our quality assurance efforts, making you an essential member of the Abstract Home Owner Care (HOC) Team.Key Responsibilities:Home Readiness & Quality Assurance:Ensure all trade work complies with company standards and project specifications.Conduct detailed final inspections to detect deficiencies or incomplete work.Evaluate interior and exterior finishes, including flooring, cabinets, countertops, drywall, paint, doors, windows, and trim for quality and installation.Troubleshoot common issues such as door misalignment, fixture adjustments, and leaks.Guarantee homes are clean, safe, and fully operational for homeowner walkthroughs.Minor Repair & Finish Tasks:Perform minor finishing tasks to ensure homes are visually appealing and ready for occupancy.Inspect and caulk joints for gaps or cracks affecting appearance and durability.Apply silicone in wet areas to prevent water infiltration.Complete other minor repairs on-site to minimize reliance on subcontractors.
