Sales Manager - PPF Tieto Indtech (m/f/d)Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to join our team in the DACH region, focusing on enhancing customer relationships and promoting Tieto’s MES software solutions across the Pulp, Paper, Board, Non-Woven, and Tissue industries. The successful candidate will possess a robust sales background and the energy to drive account growth, increase revenue, and work collaboratively with various teams to provide exceptional solutions and customer experiences.Your ResponsibilitiesActively seek and acquire new customers in targeted industries and regions, with a primary focus on the DACH area.Manage all aspects of the early-to-mid sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, and proposal support.Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of new prospects using CRM tools and established sales practices.Collaborate with the Marketing team on campaigns, inbound leads, and outbound sales initiatives.Work alongside the Head of Sales to strategize on deals, pricing, and closing significant opportunities.Represent Tieto professionally during customer meetings, product demonstrations, and relevant industry events.Enhance sales capabilities through continuous learning about products, market trends, and customer needs.Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, from operational personnel to senior management, serving as a trusted advisor.Formulate and implement account strategies that drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts to expand service offerings.Gather and analyze customer feedback to align with internal teams for ongoing product and service improvements.Provide regular updates to senior management regarding account statuses, pipeline progress, and growth opportunities.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, delivery, service, and product management for a cohesive customer-focused approach.Quickly and professionally address customer concerns, escalating issues when necessary to ensure swift resolution.Stay informed about industry trends, customer challenges, and competitive landscape to proactively support customer and sales efforts.Assist with service delivery by working closely with delivery teams to ensure client needs are met.
