This role also focuses on leveraging expertise to enhance implementation processes continually.Key Responsibilities:Provide consulting on the Accounting platform and manage organizational change for diverse Business Offices through:Consulting on platform transition options, collaborating with clients to evaluate and customize setups.Facilitating effective Business Office change management by documenting and implementing approved configurations.Consulting on Business Office workflows to develop documented models that optimize the use of the Veracross Accounting module.Partnering with the lead Project Manager to formulate implementation project plans based on module configurations.Designing and managing tailored handoffs for Accounting support.Guide clients in designing their chart of accounts as necessary.Support and mentor Implementation Managers in foundational tasks.
