If you're interested in Demand Generation and how businesses utilize data and technology to identify, nurture, and qualify leads to enhance sales pipeline conversions, we want to hear from you!
The Marketing Intern will become an integral member of Evolv's Demand Generation team within our larger Marketing organization, contributing to cross-departmental projects in Brand and Creative, Product Marketing, Inside Sales, and RevOps. In this role, you will spearhead and implement initiatives that optimize content, demand and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns, lead and data management, field marketing events, and channel partner programs.
Initial Success: Performance Outcomes
In your first 1-2 weeks, you will:
- Engage with the Marketing team through in-person and virtual meetings to understand each function and team member’s role.
- Familiarize yourself with our marketing operations processes, including field marketing, partner marketing, campaign development and execution, and performance metrics analysis.
- Get introduced to our MarTech stack and onboarded onto each platform (e.g., project management, marketing automation, CRM).
- Develop a foundational understanding of organizational workflows and start addressing immediate requests.
During weeks 3 to 8, you will:
- Manage your own projects and deliverables using our project management tool.
- Independently schedule meetings and make decisions on how to address requests, enhancing your problem-solving skills.
- Build relationships within the Demand Generation team and proactively seek ways to assist with tasks as they arise.
- Gain a holistic understanding of each team’s functions across the organization, identifying key contacts for information when needed.
- Prepare a presentation to showcase your work and share insights with the broader team.
By the conclusion of your internship, you will:
- Develop and launch a comprehensive omnichannel demand generation campaign.
- Define campaign objectives, target audiences, marketing channels, tactics, and content assets.
- Collaborate across the marketing organization to execute campaign deliverables.
- Identify key performance indicators (KPIs), establish tracking mechanisms, and report on results, sharing key insights and strategic takeaways.
- Prepare a presentation to showcase your work and insights with the broader Marketing team and selected Executive team members.
