The Role: We are looking for compassionate and driven Patient Access Navigators to pioneer our Patient Services team. As a Patient Access Navigator, you will be instrumental in providing a comprehensive, patient-centered access experience throughout the prescription fulfillment process. You will manage the entire patient journey in your designated geographic area and collaborate closely with patients, caregivers, healthcare providers (HCPs), specialty pharmacies, and internal and external partners to ensure timely access to therapies and continuity of care. Although this role is primarily home-based with occasional office visits at our Waltham Headquarters (two days a week), you will be expected to support complex access, reimbursement, or care coordination needs as required. We seek team members who are empathetic, detail-oriented, and committed to operational excellence as we prepare for the launch of bezuclastinib.
