Qualifications
As an HVAC Control Systems Technician, your responsibilities will include:Continuously monitoring Facility Control Systems, primarily utilizing the Siemens BAS system to guarantee the proper operation of all systems and equipment. Maintaining and overseeing the performance of Facility Control Systems, including managing equipment and system alarms via graphical user interfaces and control programs. Validating alarms for equipment and systems, creating work orders in the Computerized Maintenance Management Systems. Conducting preventive maintenance, repairs, installations, commissioning, point-to-point checkouts, troubleshooting, and replacement of HVAC control systems and equipment, predominantly involving Siemens DDC controls, along with some Johnson Controls Metasys® building automation systems. Testing and modifying systems software as required.

Shift: 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Monday – Friday.
