ABOUT THE JOB
We invite a skilled Full Stack Software Engineer to join our dynamic team at Anduril Labs in Washington, DC. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming innovative, next-generation ideas into reality through proof-of-concept development and rapid prototyping utilizing cutting-edge technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional software development abilities, creative problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach, with a knack for quickly understanding complex concepts. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will architect, develop, and deploy distributed applications and services, encompassing both front-end and back-end components. A solid background in the agile software development lifecycle is essential, along with comfort in deploying code on Windows and Linux systems, including standalone hardware, virtual environments, and cloud platforms. Experience in embedded software development is a plus. Proficiency in integrating legacy systems, utilizing open-source technologies, and developing APIs is also required. Furthermore, candidates should possess a strong grasp of AI/ML fundamentals (such as feature extraction, supervised vs. unsupervised learning, regression, classification, clustering, deep learning neural networks, NLP, LLMs, SLMs, model fine-tuning, prompt engineering, RAG) and practical experience in building (Gen)AI-enhanced applications or services.
