As a Mobile Development Technical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in one of our flagship digital companion projects, GroAssist. Initially, you will immerse yourself in our technologies, platforms, processes, and team dynamics. As you gain expertise, your responsibilities will broaden to encompass multiple projects. You will serve as a technical advisor at key design milestones, oversee the development teams to ensure adherence to coding standards, assist in evaluating technical resources, and support project cost estimations.
Key Responsibilities:
- GroAssist Mobile App Development: Engage with the Agile project team and participate in scrum meetings. Collaborate with the development team to implement user stories. Take ownership of the code quality and structure for both hybrid and native mobile app segments (Swift, Kotlin, Java). Lead the development team in crafting a robust application, review the existing feature configurability, and spearhead the development of best practices. Ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies, including Jira usage, estimation, testing, code reviews, and dev-ops. Contribute to user story and test plan reviews, troubleshoot defects, and collaborate with the enterprise architect for optimal design.
- GroAssist Bluetooth Device Integration: Work with business requirements and the Digital device team to document data specifications for the Bluetooth-enabled injection device that integrates with the GroAssist mobile app. Lead the development of Bluetooth device integration for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring best practices in reusing and extending existing software modules.
- Technical Lead for Patient Solutions: Post-GroAssist experience, transition into the Technical Lead role for multiple Patient Solution mobile app projects. Stay up-to-date with the mobile app development ecosystem, SDKs, and best practices. Ensure delivery teams adhere to platform specifications and unit testing requirements, leveraging reusable components. Contribute to project planning, resource and cost estimation, and solutions architecture.
