This role involves troubleshooting implementation challenges and potentially re-engineering designs and architectures.This key position will help identify potential risks associated with the Authority to Connect / Authority to Operate (ATC/ATO) for commercial mobile devices accessing the secure joint enclave. Familiarity with the client’s PPSM process is preferred.The Mobile Cyber Security Engineer will also be responsible for creating and maintaining cybersecurity artifacts necessary for the ATO/ATC process, including but not limited to: System Security Plans, Plans of Action and Milestones, Network Topologies, PPSM, and Hardware/Software Lists. These documents will be managed as Microsoft Office files and within eMASS.Additionally, the engineer will analyze security reports related to mobile technologies (apps, devices, etc.), pinpoint gaps, and provide constructive feedback to enhance artifacts. The role includes providing technical strategies and guidance for implementing the Risk Management Framework to support client ATO/ATC activities.The Mobile Cyber Security Engineer will also deliver evaluations in the form of technical guidance, white papers, and strategic briefs on Cyber Security Tools and network topologies to senior leadership.
