You will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing team of Commodity Managers.The Senior Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of commodity areas while taking direct ownership of the Electronics category, which encompasses PCBA, electronic components, and cable harness assemblies. Your responsibilities will include managing supplier selection, performance metrics, risk, and compliance within IonQ’s supply base for these commodities. Collaborating closely with Engineering, Quality, Compliance, Operations, Security, and Legal teams will be essential to create a resilient, compliant, and scalable supply chain.Furthermore, this role entails monitoring global supply chain dynamics, supplier markets, and industry trends, translating insights into strategic recommendations to inform sourcing strategies and support executive decision-making.
