About the Role
We are seeking a talented Senior Equipment Technician to join our technical team, where you will play a crucial role in upholding and enhancing our equipment quality standards.
In this hands-on position, you will engage with a diverse array of coffee equipment, diagnosing, repairing, and refurbishing machines while spearheading intricate technical projects. Additionally, you will mentor fellow team members and contribute to the development of processes and standards that foster operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities
Equipment Diagnostics & Repair
- Diagnose, repair, and refurbish espresso machines, grinders, brewers, and related equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems across various brands and systems.
- Test and validate equipment performance to ensure it adheres to our quality standards prior to shipment.
Technical Leadership & Project Management
- Lead the technical repair and refurbishment projects from initial assessment to successful completion.
- Work independently on complex issues while ensuring precision and efficiency.
- Provide support for pre-sales and post-sales technical inquiries when necessary.
Process Development & Quality Assurance
- Create and document repair procedures, workflows, and best practices.
- Establish and uphold quality control standards across all equipment servicing.
- Conduct root cause analyses on recurring issues and implement sustainable solutions.
Team Support & Training
- Mentor and train technicians and warehouse staff on tools, processes, and technical skills.
- Share expertise to enhance team capability and consistency.
Operations & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with operations and sales teams to provide technical expertise and product insights.
- Manage parts inventory, sourcing, and logistics to ensure timely maintenance and repair.
