Role overview This role centers on supporting the reservations process for FIT (Free Independent Traveler) clients. The consultant will handle reservations, prepare quotations, and help create tailored travel itineraries. The position involves regular interaction with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth operations and high service standards. Key responsibilities Facilitate FIT reservations and prepare tailored quotations Develop accurate and competitive travel itineraries and pricing Communicate with suppliers, including hotels, lodges, transport providers, and activity operators Manage booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations Maintain timely and accurate data entry for all reservations Build positive communication with internal teams, clients, and suppliers Support Reservations Consultants with administrative and operational tasks Meet deadlines and uphold high standards of service delivery Who will thrive in this role This position suits someone who is enthusiastic about travel and committed to creating memorable experiences for clients.
