This role reports directly to the Building Automation Manager.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop comprehensive building automation systems, including application specifications, layouts, wiring diagrams, and operational sequences.Prepare detailed submittal packages utilizing AutoCAD and standard office software.Ensure clear and accurate project documentation and correspondence.Program controllers for building automation systems in alignment with project specifications and operational sequences.Test and validate software for compliance with project requirements.Create user-friendly graphical interfaces for building automation systems.Manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets to guarantee timely delivery.Collaborate with customers, contractors, and project teams; actively participate in job meetings to address and resolve issues.Oversee materials, subcontractors, change orders, and pricing as necessary.Assist in system installation, commissioning, network configuration, and front-end setup.Provide exceptional customer service, technical support, system upgrades, documentation, training, and project closure.Maintain programming backups, develop standards, keep abreast of product advancements, and support service teams.Perform other related duties as assigned.
