Your Role: We are looking for an RF System Engineer to spearhead small teams in designing, developing, integrating, and testing innovative sensing and counter-sensing systems for radar, electronic warfare, and signal processing. This role presents outstanding opportunities for professional advancement in a dynamic and rapidly growing company. Key Responsibilities: Lead and collaborate with small, multi-disciplinary teams to design, construct, and evaluate RF hardware systems, primarily focusing on field-deployable prototypes aiming for transition to low-volume production. Define and quantify project goals, performance objectives, metrics, dependencies, and risks to steer your efforts effectively. Oversee the design of RF hardware systems, directing team members in creating schematics, selecting components, and drafting specifications for items such as antennas, positioners, cables, transceiver assemblies, amplifiers, and filters.
