Assist in the deployment of integration solutions by aligning technical specifications, data formats, and business rules across internal systems and external partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect business requirements, pinpoint opportunities for process improvement, and disseminate new insights to enhance operational efficiency. Work closely with both internal and external teams on thorough testing and validation to ensure seamless and high-quality data flow for new initiatives and rollouts. Your story Technical Expertise & Integration Systems Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in system integrations with proficiency in data formats including XML, JSON, CSV, and X12. Protocols & Cloud: Familiarity with API protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and cloud-based integrations across Azure, AWS, and GCP. Tooling: Proficient in industry-standard tools such as Jira Service Management, Confluence, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Asana, GitHub, D365, and New Relic. Data & Automation: Utilize Workflows, API, or RPA to automate tasks and troubleshoot data exchanges. Skilled in crafting SQL queries (ideally SQL Azure) and employing advanced Excel formulas for data analysis and reporting.
