We are currently in search of a Senior Client Relationship Manager who will be instrumental in managing and nurturing client relationships, advocating for client interests within the organization, and spearheading the sales and growth of Blockstream’s services across enterprise and institutional sectors.
Within the Service & Enterprise Solutions division, the Senior Client Relationship Manager will serve as the principal commercial and relational steward for designated clients. This role will collaborate closely with the Director, Head of Delivery, as well as our Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams to ensure a comprehensive understanding of client needs, prioritization of those needs, and successful execution of service engagements.
While the execution of delivery and solution architecture is managed by peer roles, the Senior Client Relationship Manager will be accountable for maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, fostering account growth, and promoting service adoption, ensuring that Blockstream remains a reliable long-term partner for its clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Exhibit comprehensive ownership of client programs by identifying new opportunities, positioning and promoting services, and coordinating cross-functional program teams to facilitate complex engagements from initial scoping through to sustained client value.
Manage and cultivate senior-level client relationships for enterprise and institutional clients across banking, custody, payments, and digital asset sectors.
Act as the primary liaison for clients, advocating for their interests internally across Delivery, Solutions, Product, and Engineering teams.
Engage clients to identify their needs, shape service opportunities, and promote Blockstream’s offerings, which include implementation, integration, and ongoing support services.
Collaborate with Solutions and Delivery leadership to define client engagements, ensuring clarity in scope, value proposition, and expectations.
