This position is responsible for the entire delivery lifecycle of assigned projects, encompassing initial solution design, delivery planning, execution, operational preparation, and achieving sustained outcomes.As part of the Service & Enterprise Solutions team, the Senior Project Manager, Delivery will be the primary owner of client delivery results on a day-to-day basis. This role necessitates a blend of strategic solution design and meticulous program and project management, collaborating closely with clients, as well as teams in Commercial, Solution Architecture, Integration, Product, and Engineering to ensure solutions are well-defined, feasible, executed consistently, and transitioned successfully into operation.While the overall delivery strategy and portfolio governance are overseen at the Director level, the Senior Project Manager, Delivery is tasked with ensuring that solution requirements are thoroughly understood, scoped, planned, and delivered with a focus on high-quality execution, strong governance, and effective risk management.Key Responsibilities:Cultivate, mentor, and lead a high-performing team to enhance the delivery of financial services solutions.Oversee the complete lifecycle of solution delivery for complex enterprise and institutional engagements, from initial definition through implementation and ongoing operations.Collaborate with clients and Commercial teams during pre-sales and deal structuring to clarify solution requirements, delivery scope, success metrics, and operational expectations.Convert solution requirements into actionable delivery plans, ensuring clarity on scope, timelines, and quality.
