Join MSX International as an Express Service Coach, where you'll play a vital role in delivering and installing our industry-leading MSX Express Maintenance solutions. In this position, you will cultivate and sustain strong relationships with designated dealers and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) field organizations, facilitating Dealer Launch Meetings and Dealer Workshop Meetings to enhance dealership performance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing and maintaining the Basic and Advanced Express Maintenance programs as detailed in the MSX Express Maintenance documentation.
- Conducting dealership consultations in line with the MSX Express Maintenance framework.
- Providing both remote and in-dealer classroom training based on the MSX Express Maintenance curriculum.
- Delivering on-the-job training for dealership staff as per the MSX guidelines.
- Offering follow-up support to dealerships via phone.
- Ensuring the timely and thorough completion of dealer action plans.
- Driving best practice processes within the Express Maintenance operation, including customer appointments, reception, workshop scheduling, repair processes, productivity, quality control, invoice preparation, and follow-up calls post-repair.
- Maintaining sufficient contacts with OEM National and Regional personnel.
- Submitting detailed monthly field reports.
- Completing weekly time cards and expense reports.
