Qualifications
Vehicle Maintenance & Repair: Carry out express services, including oil changes, tire rotations, fluid top-offs, and multi-point inspections with speed and accuracy. Document any additional maintenance needs identified during service. Operational Excellence: Follow all dealership and OEM procedures for service work. Ensure a clean, safe, and organized workspace, with proper storage and maintenance of tools and equipment. Customer Communication: Document all services performed accurately and communicate findings to the Service Advisor. Address any technical inquiries about express services and inspections as necessary. Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with fellow technicians, parts team members, and service advisors to facilitate a seamless workflow. Continuous Improvement: Engage in ongoing training and certification programs to remain updated on the latest automotive technologies and service methodologies. Seek opportunities to enhance efficiency and quality within the express service lane.
