About the job

THE POSITION:

As a Facilities Administrator at EVERSANA, you will be integral to the streamlined management of our warehouse facilities. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a safe, efficient, and functional environment for our employees. Utilizing your financial expertise, you'll also assist in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting related to facility operations.

Our Memphis distribution center is vital in delivering life-saving products to hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes. Operating 24 hours a day, five days a week, we understand that patient needs cannot wait.

Front Desk Management:

  • Oversee visitor access, issue identification badges, and maintain visitor logs
  • Collaborate with security personnel to foster a secure and inviting environment
  • Support employees with general inquiries related to facilities and office services
  • Assist with administrative aspects of training, including room setup, packet preparation, and follow-up as needed

Administrative Oversight & Communication:

  • Ensure the safety and cleanliness of both interior and exterior spaces, including offices, conference rooms, and parking areas
  • Delegate cleaning and maintenance tasks to team members
  • Implement proper security measures for the workplace, in collaboration with the on-site security team
  • Monitor expenses, track costs, and ensure compliance with financial protocols
  • Manage vendor relationships and coordinate with them on work orders and billing processes
  • Handle departmental accounting responsibilities, including invoice processing and generating purchase orders
  • Participate in special initiatives and cross-functional projects as assigned.
