Join ABM, a premier provider of integrated facility solutions, as a Facilities Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for executing both preventive and reactive maintenance tasks on a variety of equipment, including conveyor systems, mechanical apparatus, plumbing, electrical systems, instrumentation, HVAC, and more. Your expertise will ensure that all facilities and equipment are properly maintained, and you will respond to emergencies, spills, and other urgent situations with swift and effective action.

Compensation: $32 - $37 per hour
Please note that the pay range reflects the hourly compensation for this position. Actual offers may differ based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and market alignment.

Essential Functions:
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will ensure the optimal functioning of all machinery through effective troubleshooting and preventive maintenance practices.
Proficient use of trade tools (e.g., multimeter, charging charts, hand tools, etc.) is essential.

Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems and related equipment.
- Identify potential maintenance risks associated with equipment.
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues within HVAC systems.
- Clean, adjust, repair systems, and conduct warranty services.
- Execute emergency repairs quickly and effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and on-the-job training to team members.
- Maintain daily logs and records of all maintenance activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and the Occupational Health and Safety Act.
- Adhere to service standards, work instructions, and customer specifications.
- Assist with customer inquiries as needed.
- Undertake additional duties as assigned.
