LAGOS is looking for a Facilities Maintenance Technician in Philadelphia, PA. This role focuses on keeping our facilities running smoothly through hands-on maintenance and repair work. The position covers a range of building systems, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.

What You Will Do

Perform routine and preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
Diagnose and repair issues involving plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry
Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or larger projects
Communicate with employees, tenants, and vendors to schedule and complete tasks
Track maintenance activities and document work performed
Respond quickly to urgent maintenance needs to minimize downtime
Help maintain a safe, clean, and functional environment throughout the facility
