We are seeking a dedicated Facilities Mechanical Technician to oversee the maintenance of our building systems, utilities, and operational equipment, ensuring reliable, safe, and compliant operations 24/7.
In this role, you will support the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, controls, and maintenance services aimed at maximizing equipment uptime and enhancing asset reliability. You will engage with key systems such as HVAC, the Building Automation System (BAS), and other vital infrastructures that support our laboratory and facility operations.
Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with the Facilities team and cross-functional partners to ensure that all facility assets, utilities, and systems operate efficiently and in accordance with relevant regulations.
This position requires you to be on-site full-time at our Durham, NC office.
