City Wide of Columbus is actively seeking a Facility Solutions Manager to spearhead client engagement, retention, ascension, and referral initiatives, transforming satisfied clients into lifelong advocates. This role offers a lucrative six-figure income opportunity, inclusive of a competitive base salary and a bonus/commission structure with an OTE exceeding $100k!

Key Responsibilities:
- Direct client retention and service expansion efforts by negotiating agreements, resolving concerns, and ensuring satisfaction through diligent follow-ups and quality control.
- Oversee contractor performance, compliance, and agreements; enforce service standards and make contractor replacements as needed.
- Supervise Night Managers, coordinate staffing, and guarantee the execution of service strategies aligning with client expectations.
- Manage inspections, procurement of supplies, and CRM data entry; maintain precise documentation (e.g., Exhibit A’s, SDS sheets).
- Conduct inspections, evaluate client feedback, and implement corrective measures with teams to ensure consistent service quality.
- Assist with invoice collection, contractor payments, and maintain current client documentation and schedules.
