Qualifications:8 - 10 years of experience in contract management (FIDIC Yellow/Silver Book; Red Book preferred). Experience in industrial, pharmaceutical, or data center environments. Strong understanding of EPC/EPCM frameworks, claims, and amendments. Engineering degree required. Fluent in French and English. Ability to analyze and interpret contracts. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to manage priorities effectively. Collaborative and assertive mindset. Knowledge of local regulations (industry/pharma).

About the job

Due to our ongoing expansion in France, we are looking to hire a FIDIC Contracts Manager to oversee international construction projects within the Industrial, Data Center, Logistics, or Pharmaceutical sectors. This role requires a high level of mobility and an on-site presence of approximately four days per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic management of procurement and contracts as part of construction projects. They will ensure contractual compliance, optimize costs, secure supplier relationships, and contribute to the operational success of projects including buildings, infrastructures, data centers, and industrial works.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily administration of FIDIC Yellow/Silver Book contracts.
  • Ensure adherence to contractual obligations, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Draft, review, and manage contractual notices, correspondence, and official communications.
  • Monitor contractor performance to ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Manage amendments, change orders, and adjustments.
  • Support claims management: analyze entitlements, prepare documentation, and assist in negotiations.
  • Participate in project meetings and provide contractual support to technical teams.
  • Maintain contractual registers, risk logs, and governance documentation.
  • Contribute to tender reviews, risk assessments, and contract strategy.
  • Advise on contractual clauses, commercial terms, and procurement documentation.
  • Assist in the evaluation of bidders from a contractual perspective.
