Qualifications
• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.• A solid technical foundation in engineering and electronics systems, including AC/DC converters, UPS, and cooling solutions.• Familiarity with technical documentation, schematics, and system diagrams.• Proven ability to respond effectively to on-site faults, coordinate failure analysis with the factory, and implement corrective actions.• Strong communication skills to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with superior presentation skills.• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.• Ability to work collaboratively in international and cross-functional teams.• Experience in a technical or engineering environment is beneficial.• Basic understanding of safety, quality, and compliance concepts.• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.

As a Field Application Engineer specializing in Data Center Solutions, you will be at the forefront of supporting both pre-sales and post-sales technical activities. Your role will involve collaborating with customers to understand their specific requirements and translating these into precise technical specifications.
Your responsibilities will include aiding in system design, solution selection, and conducting application feasibility studies. You will actively participate in customer meetings, site visits, and deliver technical presentations to showcase our innovative solutions.
In addition, you will assist in product demonstrations, training sessions, and workshops, ensuring customers are well-informed about our offerings. Troubleshooting and performing root-cause analysis for any technical issues will also be key components of your role, where you will act as a vital technical liaison among customers, sales teams, R&D, and product management.
