Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.• Solid technical foundation in engineering and electronics systems, including AC/DC converters, UPS, and cooling solutions.• Familiarity with technical documentation, schematics, and system diagrams.• Proficiency in on-site fault isolation and coordinating failure analyses with the factory to implement and validate corrective actions.• Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with strong presentation skills.• Willingness to travel within the EMEA region.• Experience in international, cross-functional teams.• Basic knowledge of safety, quality, or compliance concepts.• Proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
