Role
As a Field Coach, you will be the go-to person for the boutiques in your area.
Your mission will be to support Store Managers and their teams in achieving commercial results, fostering professional development, and establishing a culture of excellence in customer service.
You will be a leader, trainer, and motivator: turning KPIs into tangible goals, feedback into improvement opportunities, and each boutique visit into a learning and inspiring moment.
Responsibilities
Business Results & Efficiency (50%)
- Analyze KPIs and store results to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Support teams in achieving sales objectives and maximizing performance.
- Regularly visit boutiques to assess service quality, brand image, and compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with Retail, Merchandising, and CRM teams to optimize assortments, action plans, and loyalty strategies.
- Ensure effective use of omnichannel tools (Click & Collect, CRM, Referral Program).
Talent Management & Development (40%)
- Guide and motivate Store Managers and their teams through tailored coaching and training sessions.
