As our customer base expands, we are seeking a Field Engineer to spearhead our field engineering initiatives for federal AI projects. In this pivotal role, you will have the chance to significantly influence revenue generation by collaborating with our most important public sector clients and fostering long-lasting relationships that transform them into ardent advocates for Scale.
Our Field Engineers are dedicated to ensuring that customers' experiences with our technology are seamless and optimized, paving the way for successful, enduring partnerships. They collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to guide existing clients in constructing production-grade data pipelines. This is achieved by thoroughly understanding customer use cases and developing the necessary tools and documentation to support their scalable growth.
Field Engineers are not only adept in Scale's products and codebase but also possess a solid technical foundation in web development, API usage, and managing large datasets. They excel at building relationships, project management, and are known for their engaging personalities.
The ideal candidate is a versatile software engineer who thrives on direct client interaction, adept at transforming ambiguous requirements into sustainable solutions in close collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
