Position Summary
As a Field Experience Associate, you will be a vital operational partner, bolstering the effectiveness of the Designated Sales Associate (DSA) Program and overseeing field-based incentive initiatives. Your role will include ensuring the accurate, timely, and compliant execution of program processes, providing high-quality support to wholesale brand management and field teams. This encompasses full lifecycle management of DSA assignments, supervision of incentive data and workflows, and fostering clear communication, documentation, and reporting that enhances field productivity and trust.
