Primary Purpose:
As we expand to meet the increasing demands of our business, we are seeking a dedicated and skilled Certified Nurse Practitioner to join our Advantmed provider network. You will play a pivotal role in providing high-quality care to our members.
In this position, you will conduct in-home wellness risk adjustment assessments for Medicare members and other at-risk populations. Your primary objective will be to evaluate the overall health and well-being of beneficiaries, ensuring precise and thorough risk adjustment coding that enhances value-based care. This opportunity operates on a 1099 (PRN) basis, offering exceptional flexibility for those managing multiple responsibilities.
